Bindery Specialist

Allegra Marketing Print Mail, a leading commercial printer, is seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various bindery and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment, including folders, cutters, and booklet makers
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance
• Collaborate with production team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Commercial bindery experience preferred, but on-the-job training provided
• Familiarity with printing and bindery/finishing processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
