We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Management Lead to join our team at MMS, a renowned data-focused clinical research organization (CRO). As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clinical research.

**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management Project Leadership: Oversee entire data management process from study set-up to study close-out, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting client expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with cross-functional team members to ensure completion of all timelines and studies.
  • SOP Development and Implementation: Develop and implement SOPs related to project management as appropriate for data management projects.
  • Training and Mentorship: Create training exercises and serve as mentor and trainer for new clinical data managers.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or healthcare field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in data management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience leading projects.
  • Skillset: Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems, as well as Clinical Operations SOPs and Working Practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a confident, positive attitude.

**What We Offer:**

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits that include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
