Position: Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Technician

Location: Traveling between North New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Join the Nelbud team and take on a rewarding career in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help us maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in commercial kitchens.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough degreasing of commercial hood systems in various establishments.
  • Utilize power washing techniques on kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, filters, and related components.
  • Conduct cleaning of rooftop exhaust fans and adjacent areas.
  • Install auxiliary equipment such as access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Nelbud with pride.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license; a company vehicle will be provided for travel.
  • This position requires travel and may involve overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, which may start as early as 5 PM or as late as 12 AM.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physically demanding role; candidates should be prepared for active work, including climbing ladders and handling heavy equipment.
  • Strong work ethic is essential; reliability and trustworthiness are key attributes.
