• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit.
• Current WA Food Workers Card.

ESR prioritizes fair compensation and does not rely on traditional gratuities. Instead, we pay our hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. Any gratuities received are split amongst hourly employees. To ensure exceptional customer experiences and remain competitive, we add a 20% service charge to all checks, which is retained by the house.
