Medical Laboratory Manager Position in the Florida Keys

This modern healthcare institution offers a wide range of comprehensive services, including but not limited to, surgery, critical care, and intensive care units, as well as men's and women's health, joint replacement, and cardiovascular services.
Compensation PackageThe hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its clinical lab. The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive hourly rate commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of the hospital's leadership team, the Laboratory Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all laboratory functions. This includes managing laboratory personnel, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining accreditation standards.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field and be licensed as a Supervisor in the State of Florida. Previous experience in hospital-based leadership positions is highly preferred.
