Responsibilities

As an LPN at IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for delivering post-acute care, monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, and tracking their vital signs. You'll also perform intakes of residents, document their health concerns and medical histories, and review their medical records and charts.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for properly administering and verifying medications, helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies, and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
