Overview

Director of Nursing | DON | RN

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents.
  • 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
  • In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.

Requirements:

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors.
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
  • Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
  • Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
