Graham Regional Medical Center is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse with foundational expertise in perioperative patient management to enhance our surgical team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating and initiating patient care within the surgical environment, advocating for patients throughout the perioperative journey, and guiding the surgical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients to and from the operating room.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor adherence to essential care measures.
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Assist in post-operative patient care and recovery.
- Manage medications and prepare specimens as needed.
- Maintain a sterile environment during surgical interventions.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in nursing is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Current RN license in Texas is mandatory.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Preferred one year of nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
