Job Overview

At MEDcare Urgent Care, we take pride in delivering exceptional patient care across South Carolina. Our X-Ray Technicians play a vital role in our healthcare teams, ensuring efficient and compassionate service at our facilities. With state-of-the-art digital X-ray, EKG, and laboratory capabilities, our professionals are equipped to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Our centers operate daily from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct radiological imaging procedures for evaluation and treatment by healthcare providers.
  • Manage diagnostic equipment and fulfill all X-ray requests.
  • Develop and enhance skills under the guidance of our medical team, including advanced practices such as injections, phlebotomy, IVs, EKGs, and orthopedic assistance.
  • Utilize DR X-ray technology.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare providers, administrative staff, and clinical colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation is essential.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
  • Licensing from the South Carolina Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) is required.
  • ARRT registration is advantageous.
