Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems
- Conduct both minor and major plumbing repairs, including fixtures, gas lines, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve issues in pipeline and sewer systems
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for clients and maintain accurate job records
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch and team leaders
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services
- Familiarity with the Uniform Plumbing Code
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds; frequent standing, walking, and climbing
- Proficient in using standard office equipment
Work Environment:
- Travel to various job sites daily using a company vehicle
- Work in diverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity
- Potential exposure to noise, fumes, and confined spaces
