Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Education and Development: Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a NICU or intensive care unit.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license issued by a participating state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required.
