Key Responsibilities:
- Must be a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Work schedule includes seven 24-hour shifts within a 28-day cycle
- Join a smaller healthcare facility in the Tyler area
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is staffed by NNPs and Neonatologists
- Average daily census has been 24 neonates over the past six months
- Attend deliveries for premature infants, twins, or high-risk cases
- Average of 5 deliveries per day
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive salary with a 5% annual quality bonus - 2.5% of base salary distributed biannually
- Sign-on bonus is negotiable
