Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Database Administrator with a strong background in database administration, performance tuning, and security. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our Oracle databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases to meet business requirements
  • Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness
  • Develop and implement database security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure database compatibility and performance
  • Provide 24/7 support for production database services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle database administration
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle 19c and experience with migration to higher Oracle databases (21c)
  • Experience with large multi-tier databases (10TB or greater)
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL scripts, including troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with RHEL and Linux x86-64bit multi-domain environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Active DOD Secret clearance and ability to obtain agency suitability clearance
What We Offer:

ManTech offers a competitive salary range of $122,600-$204,200, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
