Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze information to provide risk management recommendations for account renewals.
  • Conduct regular service calls for assigned accounts.
  • Review client exposure surveys and assist producers with renewal applications.
  • Evaluate renewals to identify opportunities for rewriting non-standard policies.
  • Prepare applications for business through companies no longer represented.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients regarding quotes, policy changes, and new coverage.
  • Identify additional insurance needs for existing accounts and solicit accordingly.
  • Manage terminations and cancellations, determining appropriate actions.
  • Facilitate premium collection and manage policy cancellations when necessary.
  • Assist in claim resolution and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
  • Provide professional and timely service to minimize errors and omissions claims.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance with property and casualty products.
  • Current Property and Casualty license is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
  • Familiarity with Epic software is advantageous.
