About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Horizon Roofing, Inc. As a key member of our commercial roofing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofs, flashings, and surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of roofers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Manage job site inventory and materials
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and management to ensure smooth project execution
  • Perform nightly seal-off duties and inspect work areas to ensure safety and quality
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • OSHA certification and knowledge of safety protocols
