At UASA, we're seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, washers, dryers, and microwaves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer's home
  • Experience repairing major brands, including LG, GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, and Frigidaire
  • Be able to get a unit into its service modes and communicate effectively with technical support
  • No sealed systems or dishwashers, unless EPA certified
  • Opportunity to learn and repair TVs, if already skilled
  • Minimal shop time, with parts sent directly to clients
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
  • Provide own tools
  • Option to use company vehicle, with mileage compensation
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience level, with commission opportunities after reaching production goals. Compensation: $2, $3,000.00 per month.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll work with a variety of appliances, requiring knowledge of mechanical and electrical work. You'll also interact with customers, requiring excellent communication skills. If you're skilled in troubleshooting and have a strong mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply.
