Blockchain Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a blockchain engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based systems and solutions.

Job Description: Our team is working on a wide range of blockchain-based financial solutions, including central bank digital currencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed ledger, and smart contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative blockchain technologies that drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Translate complex or ambiguous requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code. Develop and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms. Ensure the security, integrity, and scalability of blockchain solutions. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and cryptocurrency. Provide technical leadership and guidance in blockchain-related matters.

What You Will Need: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience or an advanced degree such as a master's or PhD. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, distributed ledger, and smart contracts. Proven experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar. Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols. Familiarity with P2P networks and consensus algorithms.

Salary: $136,190 - $228,790 per year, depending on experience.
