Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Rinderer Farms Partnership. As a farm laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the planting, harvesting, and maintenance of our crops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planting and harvesting crops in the spring and fall/winter seasons
  • Haul harvested grain to grain bins
  • Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve farm goals
