**CIAM Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CIAM Architect to join our dynamic team at Brooksource. As a CIAM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions to ensure secure and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architect CIAM Solutions: Utilize ForgeRock technologies (Identity Gateway, Access Management, Identity Management, Directory Services) to create robust and scalable CIAM solutions.
• Lead Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of CIAM solutions across various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure CIAM solutions align with business objectives.
• Develop and Maintain CIAM Policies: Create and maintain CIAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct Security Assessments: Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in CIAM and ForgeRock technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with ForgeRock Integration: Proven experience integrating ForgeRock with third-party applications, services using OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Strong Understanding of OAuth Grant Types: Ability to determine the best grant type for a specific integration requirement.
• Design Customer-Friendly User Journeys: Ability to design customer-friendly user journeys, including seamless registration and authentication.
• Customize ForgeRock Functionalities: Ability to customize ForgeRock functionalities with JavaScript.
• API Security Expertise: Great experience with API security (Authorization and access management).
• Browser Security Principles: Solid understanding of browser security principles, including managing cookies and implementing CORS policies.
• CIAM Expertise: Proven experience as a CIAM Architect with expertise in ForgeRock technologies.
• Identity and Access Management Principles: Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• CIAM Solution Design and Implementation: Experience with CIAM solution design, implementation, and integration.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ForgeRock Certification: ForgeRock certification(s).
• Cloud-Based CIAM Solutions: Experience with cloud-based CIAM solutions.
• Security Standards and Regulations: Knowledge of security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
