Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs
  • Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phones, greet and focus on our donors, and ensure their overall experience is positive
  • Use our Donor Information System to coordinate donor compensation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. Our full-time employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time and accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation per year.
