Position Overview
As the Head of Cybersecurity Risk Management, you will collaborate with various business units to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks while advising leadership on security-focused decision-making. Your role will be pivotal in shaping a robust cybersecurity framework that aligns with enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating cybersecurity challenges into actionable business strategies.
  • Ensure cybersecurity principles are integrated into all business initiatives throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with security leadership to implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies across the organization.
  • Engage actively in security projects, fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance.
  • Promote a strong security culture as advocated by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, sharing insights on security threats and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that cybersecurity considerations are embedded in project planning from inception.
  • Identify and document potential threats and vulnerabilities, maintaining regular communication with business units regarding risk management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology with a focus on security.
  • At least 5 years of direct cybersecurity experience.
  • 3 years in a role emphasizing operational cybersecurity practices.
  • 3 years of experience in business processes, effectively integrating cybersecurity into organizational practices.
  • 3 years of familiarity with national and international cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master’s degree, MBA, or a degree in information assurance or computer science.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA.
