Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Supervisor to lead our team of firmware developers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in C++ and embedded Linux platforms, as well as experience in software testing and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of firmware developers to create requirements, develop code, and conduct testing
  • Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to team members
  • Develop and maintain documentation and project schedules
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and pipelines
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in C++ on embedded Linux platforms or C on bare metal platforms
  • 7+ years of industry experience in software testing concepts
  • 7+ years of direct leadership experience
  • Firmware development experience in industries such as automotive, consumer appliances, or mobile devices
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps
