Job Overview

i9 Sports - Gulfport, MS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a Flag Football Instructor, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, coaching youth, and advocating for the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce i9 Sports rules and ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players
  • Coach youth flag football and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
  • Manage game time and scorekeeping, providing age-appropriate instruction and competition
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Awareness and ability to ensure player safety
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
