About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in either Austin, TX or Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing a government customer's tactical operations by developing and deploying secure, scalable, and reliable systems.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy secure software applications using open-architecture software and electromagnetic spectrum expertise
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Microservices architectures
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as NIST and DISA STIGs
* Implement security controls and monitoring to protect against cyber threats
* Work closely with the customer to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements

Requirements:
* Active TS/SCI Clearance
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or applicable discipline
* 7+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps engineering
* Experience with Microservices environments and familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker containerization
* Strong Java development skills and working knowledge of Bash, Python, and/or GO
* Experience operating within Linux environments (Red Hat or CentOS)
* Proficiency in DevOps tools like Terraform and Ansible
* Experience with MongoDB or similar databases and security certifications such as CYSA+, CISSP, CASP+

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
