- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, using your expertise to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certification from an accredited vocational technical or trade school.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, ice machines, and HVAC.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Journeyman's or Master's HVAC License in VA, DC, and/or MD.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration, ice machines, and HVAC.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or comparable software tools.
- CFESA Certification(s) in refrigeration, electric, and/or gas.
- Competitive salary up to $50/hour, depending on qualifications.
