We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assurance Manager to join our Affordable Housing Assurance practice in our Columbus office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance, with a focus on affordable housing or real estate development.
- Prepare most difficult audits and workpapers.
- Review common files and resolve significant client issues.
- Prepare billing and engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight.
- Filling in engagement team gaps and actively involve in firm initiatives.
- Prepare/review 10%, contractor and owner's certs, DCR.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
- Affordable housing or real estate development experience.
- CPA.
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
