POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidates for this role are meticulous, adaptable, and ready to undertake routine cleaning and specialized projects as required.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Custodian will be tasked with the cleaning and sanitizing of various areas including office spaces, meeting rooms, restrooms, and public zones.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Conduct general cleaning of all designated areas within the facility as instructed.
2. Monitor for spills and address them promptly.
3. Clean all floor surfaces and glass within the premises.
4. Maintain cleanliness in all restrooms (including toilets, sinks, floors, and restocking supplies).
5. Ensure guest seating and lobby areas are clean and welcoming.
6. Manage the removal of trash and recyclables.
7. Complete special projects, daily tasks, and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
8. Provide friendly and courteous service to all visitors, offering assistance and directions as needed.
9. Execute non-routine cleaning tasks based on specific job orders.
10. Handle daily garbage and recycling removal and prepare bins for scheduled pick-up.
11. Address emergency cleaning and maintenance requests as they arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as needed.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as well as squatting, stooping, or bending. Ability to navigate around the facility for extended durations is necessary. The environment may have intermittent noise.
