About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our inclusive cyber ecosystem initiatives, partnering with global stakeholders to build a more diverse and inclusive cybersecurity community.

As a Director of Inclusive Cyber Ecosystem, you'll develop and implement programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the cybersecurity industry, working closely with our Corporate Responsibility team to integrate sustainability throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building initiatives and programs to promote diversity and inclusion in the cybersecurity industry
  • Serving as a trusted partner to internal business leaders, elevating I&D efforts and championing best practices
  • Developing I&D recommendations and action plans, ensuring alignment with our overall I&D strategy and business needs
  • Facilitating diverse supplier initiatives and delivering regulatory reporting on key areas in the value chain
  • Broadening access to cybersecurity education and career pathways

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in DEI and/or responsible value chain practices, with a focus on program development and implementation.

Subject matter expertise in human rights practices and/or global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across a variety of identities and regions is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, are also required.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $278,500/YR, restricted stock units, and a bonus.
