We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Cash Waggner & Associates. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and constructing geotechnical structures, assessing soil and rock properties, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of infrastructure projects.

• Design and develop geotechnical structures, including foundations, retaining walls, and earth dams
• Assess soil and rock properties to support design and construction decisions
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are met
• Manage and direct field crew activities to ensure project completion
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer licensure or ability to become licensed
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
