Physics Professor

We are seeking a qualified Physics Instructor to join our team at Central Carolina Community College. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching courses on our Lee Main Campus in Sanford, Chatham Main Campus in Pittsboro, Harnett Main Campus in Lillington, or online.

• Teach physics courses to students, ensuring maximum learning and engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for students and instructors.
• Stay current with information and skills in teaching physics.
• Collaborate with directors and staff to achieve common goals.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment that values and respects the contributions of all students and employees.

• A Master's Degree in Physics or a Master's Degree with 18 or more graduate hours in Physics.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous higher education experience.
• Experience using Blackboard and technology in education.
