Nurse Practitioner

PAM Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Monitor and report patient symptoms and changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
