Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary role will be to assist and oversee daily nursing operations within the facility during your assigned shifts. This must align with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as directives from the Director of Nursing, to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently provided.

Qualifications:

Must possess a nursing degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or a similar environment is required. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is preferred.

Licenses/Certification: RN/LPN license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation:

RN - $29.48/hr - $37.35/hr, based on experience

LPN - $20.55/hr - $26.04/hr, based on experience

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally (0-33%): Standing, sitting, changing positions, reaching, crouching, kneeling, lifting/lowering (up to 50 lbs), carrying (up to 50 lbs), pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs).

Frequently (34-66%): Walking, handling, fingering, feeling, stooping.

Continuously: Requires vision with corrective eyewear and clear hearing with assistance.

Shift Details: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available.

Schedule: Day or Night shifts.

Status: Full-Time.

Full-Time staff are automatically enrolled in a 401A plan upon hire.

Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.

Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.
