The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting oral examinations, performing dental prophylaxis, and carrying out other duties related to dental health and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough oral examinations to identify potential dental health issues
  • Perform dental prophylaxis, including tooth polishing, scaling, and root planning
  • Provide general oral health education to patients
  • Assist in the exposure and processing of dental radiographs
  • Use specialized equipment, including bite wings and periodical films, to aid in dental care
  • Identify potential diseases and tooth decay, and alert the dentist to any observed findings
  • Assist the dentist during restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures
  • Maintain accurate dental treatment charts and records, and schedule appointments as needed
Requirements
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
  • Dental Hygienist License
  • Certificate of local anesthesia administration
