We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Private Duty Nurse to join our team at First Day Homecare. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical assessments of clients and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Report changes in client condition promptly to the physician and other members of the care team.
- Participate in the development of the client Plan of Care.
- Consistently demonstrate competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license as an RN in the state of Michigan.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair.
