Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites Powell. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and filing.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of guest service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
