Job Responsibilities
As a Clinic Administrator III, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple physician practices, including supervising staff, coordinating services, and developing strategies to achieve clinic goals. You will work closely with administration to ensure seamless execution and optimal results. To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare administration, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Additionally, you should be proficient in computer systems and applications, with a focus on fiscal management and human resource management practices.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of leadership experience, including two-plus years as a practice manager. You should possess knowledge of health care administration, fiscal management systems, and human resource management practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to exercise initiative and judgment.
