We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operator I to join our Agricultural Solutions team in St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup, operate, monitor, and adjust production-related equipment to ensure safe operation and product quality.
  • Be knowledgeable of and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety practices.
  • Control product quality through communicating item damage or off-spec condition to Quality Control.
  • Maintain Housekeeping and 5S sustainability.
  • Be capable of being crossed-trained in other production work-related areas and processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of production experience (preferred).
  • Intermediate computer skills (preferred).
  • Mechanically inclined (preferred).
