We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted; Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed
- 2 years Min in Pediatrics
- 2 RN Experience
- Cleft Lip and Palate experience is a plus
- ICU, NICU, ER, (Critical Care)
