- Four years of high school with a diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Valid driver's license is required.
