We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at FCS, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional to work in a dynamic environment, providing intensive outpatient therapy services and traditional outpatient services on our 10-bed secure adult inpatient unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Provide group and individual therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a master's or doctoral degree from an accredited university in social work, counseling, or a related field. A minimum of two years of direct experience working with adults, particularly in inpatient settings, is preferred. Candidates must also possess current licensure as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Wisconsin.
What We OfferFCS, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
