Racquet Sports Director

Midtown Athletic Club in Palatine, Illinois is seeking a highly skilled Racquet Sports Manager to lead their fully renovated club's racquet sports programming.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing racquet sport programming and all aspects of the racquet sports experience within the club. This includes providing inspirational leadership to the team, recruiting and training racquet sports personnel, and ensuring that all programs are delivered in a manner consistent with Midtown brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the racquet sports team
• Recruit, hire, and train racquet sports personnel
• Develop and implement racquet sports programs and activities
• Collaborate with the National Racquet Sports Director on operational processes and program reporting
• Plan and direct racquet sports events and activities
• Teach group racquet sport lessons to adults and juniors
• Assist with the preparation of the racquet sports budget and variance reports
