Job Summary:

As an Instructional Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our school by providing administrative support, coordinating logistics, and assisting with instructional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, photocopying, and supply management
  • Coordinate logistics such as package delivery and transportation
  • Supervise students in a short-term capacity as needed
  • Collaborate with school staff on health and safety protocols
  • Support the implementation of school systems and procedures
  • Supervise students in hallways and ensure their safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated and self-directed individual with a passion for supporting others

Compensation:$18 per hour. Our team receives comprehensive training, coaching, and support to excel in their roles and drive student success.
