**Job Summary**

As a Coating Technician at Aerotek, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing batteries, chargers, and other equipment at customer mission-critical sites. Your duties will include placing batteries on racks or in trays, installing cables and hardware, and ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Install and test batteries, chargers, and other equipment to ensure proper function
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system issues to identify and resolve problems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve electrical system performance
* Maintain accurate records of equipment installation, testing, and maintenance

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, or repair
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
