About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and diagnoses.
  • Providing referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment, ensuring seamless coordination of services.
  • Collaborating with faculty, staff, and other professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Working closely with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to relevant ethical and professional standards.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be licensed in the state of Virginia.
  • Possess a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology (Psychologists).
  • Hold a master's degree in social work (CSW) or counseling (LPC).
  • Have at least 2 years of related experience in psychology.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an LCSW or LPC.
  • Pass a thorough background check.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • possess strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques and various evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have strong familiarity with assessment techniques.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate within ethical and professional standards of care.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
