Responsibilities of a Plumbing and Piping Estimation Specialist
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our company's productivity and profitability. Your responsibilities will include analyzing potential plumbing and piping projects to assess their viability for bidding. You will utilize your numerical expertise to create precise material takeoffs and generate detailed estimates for project completion.
After formulating these estimates, you will evaluate the profitability of each project and identify the most advantageous bidding opportunities. Your analytical skills will be essential in helping our company make informed decisions regarding project bids.
Qualifications for the Role
- Minimum of 3 years of estimating or field experience in the plumbing and piping industry
- Strong numerical and mathematical proficiency
