">Vaco is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant-General Ledger to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle month-end closing and serving as the backup for accounts payable and payroll processing.
">Key Responsibilities
">As a Senior Accountant-General Ledger, you will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries, cash disbursements, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and financial statements. You will also maintain documented accounting procedures and internal controls, reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, and assist with annual financial audits and budget preparation.
">Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in accounting and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work independently in a team-oriented environment and adhere to a high level of attention to detail.
