About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards in the Southeast region. As an Assistant Community Manager at Wendover Management, LLC, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in managing daily operations, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive resident engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage leasing and renewals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with residents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and participate in resident events, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Monitor and report on resident satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a senior affordable community.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Entrata preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
