Reports to: Receiving Manager

Character of Position

As a Material Handler, your primary responsibility will be to pull and verify materials and supplies for each job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the organized operation of stock and/or materials.
  • Identify materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on the Bill of Materials (BOM) for build crews.
  • Assist in kitting products for assembly.
  • Document the movement of products and materials.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to transport items.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to read and analyze information effectively.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A mindset focused on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials.

Experience

  • Prior experience in stock or inventory management is advantageous.
  • Forklift operation experience is preferred.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
