Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Production Technician will employ best manufacturing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in safety initiatives, prioritizing personal and team safety.
  • Utilize work instructions to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills, with a readiness to assist colleagues.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and product issues, using tools such as tape measures and gauges for adjustments.
  • Organize and prepare materials as required.
  • Support engineers in the development, construction, and assessment of prototypes and new products.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, inventories, and documentation, including procedures and productivity reports.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, manage conflicts, and provide training.
  • Willingness to be receptive to coaching and feedback.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Manual dexterity for evaluating, installing, and modifying equipment.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
