Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors, walls, and surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of facilities for meetings, events, and programs.
  • Operate and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assist with inventory control and security.
  • Support and enforce all policies and procedures related to health and safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
